The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their second child together, it has been confirmed.
Prime Minister David Cameron congratulated the couple on the news on Twitter, posting, "Many congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. I'm delighted by the happy news that they're expecting another baby."
Clarence House confirmed the happy news on Twitter this morning, writing: "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their second child."
They added: "The Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news that Their Royal Highnesses are expecting their second child."
Prince William and Kate are already parents to son George, who celebrated his first birthday earlier this year.
As with her first pregnancy, the Duchess is being treated for acute morning sickness by doctors at Kensington Palace, BBC News reports.
