Cork-based electro trio Toy Soldier were the latest new act to play the breaking live stage in HMV in Dublin today in our RTÉ Ten/First Music Contact gigs. Watch them in action here.
Described a “a body-slamming, multi-coloured mash-up of Garbage, deadmau5, Blondie, Depeche Mode, DJ Shadow, Passion Pit and Nine Inch Nails with a professional manicure, the band released their debut album last year and have toured Europe and the USA.
Oh yeah, they also received a ‘Sexiest Video’ nomination at the IMTV awards.
