Steve Carell has been linked to a live-action spin-off of Looney Tunes.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actor will star in a comedy from X-Men: First Class writers Ashley Edward Miller and Zack Stentz.
Directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa are in early talks to direct the project, which would see them reunite with their Crazy Stupid Love star Carell.
Warner Bros. Studios is developing the film, which has its roots in their classic Looney Tunes cartoons.
The untitled project will blend live-action with CGI and will explore the Looney Tunes's fictional ACME Corporation.
