Glen Hansard surprised the audience of Once The Musical last night (August 8) at a performance in Los Angeles by leading the cast in a sing-song at the end of the show.
Hansard, who wrote the music for the musical and the 2006 film, is in LA for a gig tomorrow night (August 10) at the Hollywood Bowl and stopped by to give fans of the musical a nice surprise.
Star of Once The Musical Dani de Waal introduced Hansard to the stage saying they had a "special treat" in store for the audience.
Hansard received a standing ovation before leading the cast in a singalong of Brendan Behan's The Auld Triangle.
