Taylor Swift dropped by Boston's Children's Hospital to surprise six-year-old Jordan Nickerson, a big fan of Swift's who is being treated for leukaemia - one of the cutest videos on the internet by far.
The video was originally posted on Jordan's Brave Page on Facebook with the caption: "Jordan just got a visitor TAYLOR SWIFT!"
In the video Swift performs her hit We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together after Jordan asked her to sing her favourite song.
