Robert Pattinson has veered away from blockbusters since his Twilight days and has said that he doesn't really see himself in a lot of mainstream roles.
Speaking to Bang Showbiz, the actor explained: "They don't come into my orbit and I don't really see myself in a lot of mainstream parts. I've never been part of the group that gets these roles."
Pattinson said of his upcoming film The Rover: "I'm curious to know whether people who liked the Twilight movies will come and see things like The Rover. Hopefully they'll enjoy it.
"I try to do ambitious projects but I don't know if people are going to like them. You just have to do things which are challenging and hopefully people will appreciate that."
The Rover is released on August 15.
