Drew Barrymore has released a statement following the death of her half-sister Jessica Barrymore.
Drew and Jessica are both daughters of late actor John Barrymore.
Jessica was found in her car in San Diego by fire department officials on Tuesday (July 29). No cause of death has yet been determined.
Drew expressed her sympathies to Jessica's friends and family in a statement released yesterday (July 30), which read: "Although I only met her briefly, I wish her and her loved ones as much peace as possible. I'm so incredibly sorry for their loss."
