The 38-year-old actress was spotted with a large diamond ring at LAX on Wednesday (23.07.14), sparking reports that 53-year-old Sean Penn has popped the question.
In pics obtained by E! News, Theron was wearing an 18-karat yellow gold Anita Ko Leaf Ring, which retails for $4,900.
Representatives for the actors have not responded to requests for comment.
