The third season of none more black TV drama Ripper Street is currently filming in Dublin's Clancy Barracks and RTÉ Ten's Harry Guerin spent a day on the set, Check out his exclusive gallery here.
Clips from the new season, which takes place four years after season two, suggest that things are even darker and even more complex in Victorian London . . .
Charlene McKenna returns in the new season and 120 cast and crew are working on the show. Producers of the series told Harry that Ripper Street's return to Ireland was never in doubt once a third series received the green light.
The new series will premiere on Amazon Prime Instant Video and will be shown on BBC One at a later date.
