The directors for the fifth season of Game of Thrones have been revealed.
Five directors will each direct two episodes of the coming season of the hit HBO series.
David Nutter is making a return to the show, having previously directed the season three episode The Rains of Castamere (The Red Wedding). He will direct the penultimate and finale episodes of the fifth season.
The other four directors, Michael Slovis, Jeremy Podeswa, Mark Mylod and Miguel Sapochnik, are making their debuts on the show.
Slovis (Breaking Bad, Law & Order) will direct episodes one and two, Mylod (Entourage, Shameless) will direct episodes three and four, Podeswa (Homeland, The Walking Dead) will direct episodes five and six, while Sapochnik (House) will take the helm of episodes seven and eight.
The fifth season of Game of Thrones returns in 2015.
