Irish band The Coronas have signed with Island Records and shared their good news on Ryan Tubridy’s RTÉ 2fm show this morning (July 10).
The Coronas previously released material on their own independent record label 3ú Records but now they’re label mates with the likes of U2, Snow Patrol, Mumford & Sons, The Killers and Disclosure.
They have so far released three studio albums, Heroes or Ghosts (2007), Tony Was an Ex-Con (2009) and Closer to You (2011).
Huge congrats to @TheCoronas who just announced on @Tubridy2FM that they've been signed to major record label @IslandRecords G'wan the lads!
