Breaking Bad director Michael Slovis has joined the Game of Thrones directing team and is set to helm two episodes in the show's fifth season.

He will now follow in the footsteps of fellow Breaking Bad director Michelle Maclaren and work on Game of Thrones, according to Den of Geek.

The news comes after Alex Graves, who directed four out of the 10 episodes of season four of Game of Thrones, announced that he will take a break from the show for the fifth season.
