Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson tied the knot on Saturday (July 5) in California.
The couple wed in a ceremony at San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara in front of 250 guests which included Ashlee Simpson and her fiancé Evan Ross, Jessica Alba, Cash Warren, Donald Faison and CaCee Cobb.
They said in a joint statement to People magazine: "We are overwhelmed with complete happiness and love having made our eternal commitment.
"To say 'I do' in front of family, friends and, most importantly, our children has been the happiest moment of our lives."
Simpson wore a custom-made Carolina Herrera gown for the ceremony. The couple's one-year-old son Ace served as a ring bearer and their daughter, two-year-old Maxwell, was a flower girl.
The singer and former NFL player began dating in 2010 and became engaged in November of that year.
