She once preached that "Love Don't Cost a Thing" and now three-times married JLo is adamant that she "still believes" in love.

The 44-year-old singer, who recently ended her two-year relationship with choreographer/ Casper Smart, insists that she's not giving up on romance.

Speaking to the New York Daily News, Lopez said: ''I believe in love more than ever, but I think I've gotten a little bit smarter about it.

''I like to think I've grown up a little bit, and I think all that is reflected on the album [Lopez recently released new album A.K.A.]. You hear that, you hear a stronger Jennifer maybe than you have in the past.''

Lopez added that her five-year-old twins Max and Emme "motivate" her: ''I want to give them the best life. You want them to have everything, you want them to grow up and have everything better than you had it.

''Learn more than you did and not make the mistakes you did. You just want everything to be perfect for them, so they definitely motivate me to be better - yes, in my job - but a better person.''
