Glee star Jane Lynch has claimed that the show is “bringing back a lot of the cast” for its sixth and final season
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actress - who plays school principal and former cheerleader coach Sue Sylvester - hinted about what to expect from the show as it draws to a close.
“We're kind of winding down and the end is near - it's sad,” she said. “I don't know what's going to happen with anybody, but I think we're bringing back a lot of the cast. I think it's going to be very solid and fun.”
The show's co-creator Ryan Murphy recently revealed that Glee's final run will return to its original high school focus, following a shift to New York for much of season five.
Lynch also teased some of the storylines in store, saying: “I think we're going to have some surprises about who's going to be the choir director of The Warblers and who will be the choir director of Vocal Adrenaline. I think it'll be a big surprise.”
