Slint, the hugely influential Louisville, Kentucky band whose album Spiderland is considered one of the defining works of the post-rock movement, are to play shows in Dublin and Belfast in August.
Slint will play Dublin's Button Factory on August 19, with a show also scheduled for Belfast's Limelight on August 18.
An expanded and remastered edition of Spiderland has just been released on Touch & Go Records.
Tickets for the Dublin and Belfast shows are on sale now from usual outlets.
