The Saturday’s Frankie Sandford has spoken about the trials and tribulations of balancing life as a working mum.

Speaking to OK! Magazine ahead of the tour with her group mates Una Foden, Rochelle Humes, Mollie King and Vanessa White in September, the 25-year-old said: "I think everyone's different and they've got different ways of coping.

"If you're on the outside looking in on someone else's life it's easy to presume that it's perfect and they have it under control, and I don't think everyone is. You just have to take it day by day.

"I do feel like Parker gets enough time with me, but I still feel guilty.”

Bandmate Humes, who is mum to one-year-old Alaia-Mai shared her view: "Go with it and try to relax. I feel I have a good balance, but a lot of thought goes into it."

Irish band member Foden, who is mum to two-year-old Aoife, said:
"When I'm not working I spend all my time with Aoife.

“For me it's really fun to go home and do things like go to the zoo or park with her because she's so young and experiencing things for the first time. I get to be a kid again."
