Kevin Costner is in negotiations to headline Millennium Films’ sci-fi thriller Criminal.
Ariel Vromen (The Iceman) is directing the film and Costner is set to play a dangerous and unpredictable criminal.
He has a dead CIA operative's skills, secrets and memories implanted into his brain, with the Agency hoping that he will complete the operative's mission.
