Christian Slater has joined James Franco and Amber Heard in the upcoming movie Adderall Diaries.
The 44-year-old actor will play a computer programmer suspected of killing his ex-wife, while Franco is set to star as a drug-addicted writer who begins to write a book about the case, according to Deadline.
The project, which is based on the true-crime novel by Stephen Elliott, is currently being filmed in New York City.
