Former Saturday Night Live star Bill Hader has signed a deal to write and star in his own comedy series for HBO.
Deadline reports on the deal with the pay channel for Hader who completed an eight year stint on Saturday Night Live early last year.
Hader has a Primetime Emmy Award for his work writing on South Park. He is also set to appear in Judd Apatow’s new movie Trainwreck.
