More details have emerged of the upcoming Family Guy/Simpsons crossover episode which is due to air later this year.
TV's yellowest, most four-fingered family will meet TV's most gloriously un-PC clan in an hour-long episode called The Simpsons Guy in September.
Fox Entertainment Chairman Kevin Reilly confirmed the crossover yesterday and said: "Generations of fans will be talking about this one."
A short clip of the episode was shown at a Fox presentation and according to social media news site Mashable, it showed Bart and Stewie skateboarding together and Peter and Homer having a street brawl.
Entertainment Weekly reported last summer that the episode will see, "Peter and the rest of the Griffins embark on a road trip and wind up in Springfield.
"There, they cross paths with Homer, who graciously greets his new 'albino' visitors, and the two families become fast friends.
"Stewie is impressed with Bart and his assortment of pranks, Lisa tries to figure out exactly what it is that she’s good at, and Marge and Lois do some bonding. Meanwhile, Peter and Homer argue over which beer is better: Pawtucket or Duff."
In a mock statement released to EW last year, Peter Griffin said: "Fox (network) hasn't spent this much money since they took Simon Cowell tight t-shirt shopping."
Meanwhile, Homer added: "Finally I can get my hands on this guy!"
Rumours that the episode will also feature a large shark and water skis are unconfirmed.
