Lily Allen has revealed she wanted to use her married name - Cooper - for her new album Sheezus, but her management said no.
The 29-year-old singer who has children Ethel, two, and Marnie, 15 months, with husband Sam Cooper has just released her comeback album, Sheezus, after a four-year-break from music and has revealed she wanted to use her married name, but was persuaded not to by her management.
Speaking to Q magazine Allen said: ''You pick your battles. At the time I would have [changed my name], but in retrospect I quite like having Lily Allen back.''
She also talked about her new material saying: ''This album's like a vomit of stuff that's happened to me over the last four years.
''It felt like a fair representation of everything that's happened since I've been away.''
