Luther and Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom star Idris Elba and his partner, make-up artist Naiyana Garth, are celebrating the birth of their first child together.
Garth gave birth to the couple's son, Winston, on Thursday.
The baby is named after The Wire star's late father.
Writing on Twitter on Friday, Elba said: "My Son Winston Elba was born yesterday. Truly Amazing :-)."
Elba also has a daughter, Isan, with his ex-wife, Hanne 'Kim' Norgaard.
