Will Arnett has filed for divorce from Amy Poehler.

Lawyers for the Arrested Development star filed divorce paperwork at the Los Angeles Superior Court on April 8, People reports.

The comedic actor is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the couple's two children, Archie and Abel, along with visitation rights.

Arnett and Poehler married in 2003 and were separated in 2012.

Arnett, who was previously wed to Penelope Ann Miller for one year, has since been romantically linked to Katie Lee, Billy Joel's former wife.

Parks and Recreation star Poehler began dating Comedy Central's Nick Kroll following her and Arnett's split.
