The Palm Springs home which Elvis and Priscilla Presley stayed in during their 1967 honeymoon is for sale with an asking price of $9.5 million.
The 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is almost 5,000 square feet in area and featured in the TV movie, Elvis and Me and the documentary Elvis by the Presleys.
The building is designed as four perfect circles, on three levels and it features a pool, tennis court and performance stage. Soon after their Las Vegas wedding, Elvis and Priscilla spent their May honeymoon in Palm Springs. Daughter Lisa Marie was born nine months later.
Boston investor M.L. Lewis is the current owner, according to the Wall Street Journal. Lewis does not live at the residence, but he installed period furnishings and placed various photos of the Presleys on the walls of the dwelling.
Guides dressed as Elvis and Priscilla offer guided tours and A Weekend with the King happens each May at the house. This year fans can also expect a tribute concert.
