Ashley Tisdale has been cast alongside George Wendt in a brand new sit-com by the team behind Will & Grace.
The High School Musical star and former Cheers actor have been cast in David Kohan and Max Mutchnick's untitled workplace comedy, according to Deadline.com.
The comedy will tell the tale of a a group of kids who were in different cliques in high school but all work together in a barbershop as adults.
If the pilot is successful and series picked up this will be Tisdale's first series role since the cancelled cheerleading comedy Hellcats.
Wendt has been guest starring in various U.S. TV roles since Cheers ended in 1993.
