The latest incarnation of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a live-action movie – and it’s just released a trailer.
The half-shelled heroes, who began life in Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird's 1984 comic book, and went on to spawn animated TV shows and movies.
This latest version will star Megan Fox as Channel 6 News reporter April O'Neil and William Fichtner as Shredder, the turtles' enemy.
As for the four turtles, Alan Ritchson plays Raphael, Noel Fisher is Michelangelo, Jeremy Howard is Donatello, Pete Ploszek is Leonardo. Danny Woodburn is starring as their mentor, Splinter, with the characters being brought to life through motion-capture for the first time.
Will Arnett is in the supporting cast as April's cameraman Vernon Fenwick, while Whoopi Goldberg plays Bernadette Thompson, an editor at Channel 6 News.
Jonathan Liebesman is the director, and the film is due to open in cinemas on August 8 in the US and October 17 on this side of the Atlantic.
