Comedy troupe Monty Python have announced that they will release brand new music ahead of their reunion shows in London this summer.
John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin reunited last year to announce plans for a one-off show in London this July. The show sold out in less than a minute and further dates were added, taking the total to ten.
The veteran comedians have now announced they will re-release their 1989 comedy album, Monty Python Sings, and it will include five new tracks.
Idle revealed the news on Twitter: "Just been sequencing the re-release of Monty Python Sings (again) plus five new tracks. There'll be a new song on U Tube & new single May."
