The Martin Freeman-starring TV remake of the Coen brothers’ cult film Fargo will be screened in the UK on Channel 4.
According to the Guardian, the ten-part debut season will air on US cable channel FX from April 15, with Channel 4 due to screen the show in the UK shortly afterwards.
Channel 4's chief creative officer Jay Hunt said: "Fargo is a perfect Channel 4 show - a dark comedy, beautifully directed with a stunning cast. We are excited to be bringing it to a British audience."
Billy Bob Thornton, Colin Hanks, Kate Walsh and Bob Odenkirk will also appear in the series, with the Coen brothers serving as executive producers.
