Jennifer Lawrence's best friend and Oscars date Laura Simpson has blogged about her experience at the Oscars revealing what it's like if you're not a famous star.
You might recognise Simpson as the girl Lawrence tried to catch on to as she fell on the red-carpet and in her revealing blog post she joked about that moment saying, "We finally arrive at the red carpet and as we exit the car, my date eats s*** and uses my freshly done Lauren Conrad up-do to break her fall. The crowd goes wild."
On being involved in the media circus without a famous face she commented, "There are flashbulbs and people circling, yet no one asks if I need any help because unless you are famous at the Oscars, you are completely invisible. The only time anyone talks to you is if you are in the way of his or her photo."
