The five finalists in the search for RTÉ's The V-Reporter have been announced by 2fm.
The winner will become the access all areas reporter for RTÉ One's The Voice of Ireland, featuring in the programme's RTÉ Two sister show, The Voice Afterparty, hosted by Eoghan McDermott.
This week the finalists who were put to the test in The V-Reporter Bootcamp where Ciara Griffin (22) and Katie Power (28) both from Dublin, Donegal's Emile Rainey (25), David Atkinson (20) and Starra Clarke (21) from Wexford.
The budding reporters interviewed DJs, pitched their ideas, searching for celebrity news to report and enticed RTÉ stars to pose for selfies with them.
2fm will announce the overall winner on Monday March 10, stay tuned to 90 to 92fm for details.
