50/50 co-stars Seth Rogan and Joseph-Gordon Levitt are set to reunite on an upcoming film.
They will also reteam with their 50/50 director Jonathan Levine on the film, which is currently referred to as Untitled Xmas Comedy, which is on the fast track for a summer 2014 start.
The film is about three childhood best friends who reunite in New York for their annual tradition of going out on Christmas Eve. Rogen and Gordon-Levitt will play two of the best friends, with the third lead role yet to be cast.
Levine wrote the screenplay for the project, which has been snapped up by Sony, who beat out several studios for the comedy.
Gordon-Levitt last wrote, directed and starred in Don Jon alongside Scarlett Johansson and will next be seen in Sin City: A Dame To Kill For.
Rogen can next be seen in Bad Neighbors, and is currently editing his latest directorial effort, The Interview.
