Blur and Gorillaz singer Damon Albarn will release his debut solo album, Everyday Robots, in April and it includes a collaboration with Brian Eno.
The prolific composer and singer tweeted that the record will be out on April 25. 45-year-old Albarn has called the solo album a "sort of folk soul" project. It was made with the help of XL Recordings head Richard Russell and includes collaborations with Eno and Natasha Khan of Bat for Lashes.
The album's title track will be released as a limited edition 7" on March 3 along with a non-album B-side, Fences.
