Vin Diesel has confirmed that the Fast & Furious franchise will continue with the latest instalment due in cinemas in April, 2015.
The 46-year-old actor took to his Facebook account to leave a tribute for deceased star Paul Walker, before eventually revealing the release details for the upcoming film.
In a reference to a accompanying photograph, Vin wrote: "The last scene we filmed together."
He added: "There was a unique sense of completion, of pride we shared . . . in the film we were now completing . . . the magic captured and, in just how far we've come . . . Fast and Furious 7 will be released . . . April 10th 2015! P.s. He'd want you to know first . . . "
Walker passed away aged 40 following a car accident in Santa Clarita, Los Angeles on November 30.
