Harrison Ford has revealed that he would like to reprise his role as Indiana Jones for one last outing.

The 71-year-old actor, who has featured in four of the adventure films, admitted that he would like to bring his characters as the archaeology professor to the big screen once again.

Speaking to French television channel TF1 TV, Ford said: ''I would love to make another Indiana Jones film . . . It would be great to return to the character, even at my age!

''I would certainly be happy to play Indiana Jones one more time. I don't have the hat and the whip, but I know where I can find them.''

Ford added that he doesn't like to be in the limelight unless he is promoting his work: ''I make myself available when I'm working on something, but otherwise I stay at home. I really don't want the cameras to be on me otherwise.

"I don't want people to get bored of me because I want to keep making movies that I believe in.''
