The Last Picture Show star Cybill Shepherd has said that she would like to reunite with Bruce Willis for a Moonlighting film.
Speaking about the TV series, which ran from 1985 to 1989 and featured Shepherd and Willis as detectives-turned-lovers, the actress told E! News: "I want it.
“Invite [Moonlighting creator] Glenn Gordon Caron and tell Bruce Willis! I'm ready."
The series, which continually ranks highly on lists of the best American television shows, featured a number of high-profile guest cameos including Orson Welles, Whoopi Goldberg, Demi Moore and our own Pierce Brosnan.
Shepherd earned a number of Golden Globes for her portrayal of Maddie Hayes on the show and Willis picked up an Emmy for playing David Addison.
