Dan Aykroyd and Jill Scott have been added to the cast of the upcoming James Brown biopic.
The Blues Brothers star will play Brown’s agent Ben Bart and Scott will play Brown’s wife in the film, entitled Get On Up.
The Help director Tate Taylor will helm the project and 42-year-old Chadwick Boseman is set to play the Godfather of Soul himself.
Viola Davis and Octavia Spencer are also on board and the film will begin shooting later this month.
