Ellen DeGeneres is developing a new lesbian comedy with NBC.
The talk show host will executive produce the as-yet untitled project, which will be written and co-executive produced by Liz Feldman (2 Broke Girls).
According to Deadline, the series is about a lesbian and her straight male friend who fall pregnant just as he meets the love of his life.
Feldmen previously worked for two years on the The Ellen DeGeneres Show and wrote for DeGeneres’ first hosting gig for the Oscars.
The talk show host has already been announced as the host of the 2014 Academy Awards.
