Martin Sheen will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Dubai International Film Festival.
This December mark’s the film festivals 10th year and Martin Sheen will be awarded the highest accolade.
Sheen commented on the honour saying, “"I am truly honoured to accept the Dubai International Film Festival's 'Lifetime Achievement Award' and [I'm] looking forward to celebrating the region's gifted cinematic storytellers."
Previous winners of the award include Morgan Freeman, Oliver Stone and Sean Penn.
