Seth MacFarlane's comedy Dads has gotten a full season order at Fox.

The controversial show from MacFarlane and Ted writers Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild was given an initial run of six episodes which has now been extended to a full season.

Dads stars Seth Green and Giovanni Ribisi as two 30-something video game designers whose oddball fathers (Martin Mull, Peter Riegert) come to live with them.

Fox's Reilly said of the show: “Fox has been looking to break into the multi-camera format for some time. With Dads, we have an asset that we can grow, and we’re looking forward to seeing where the fantastic cast and the creative minds of Seth, Alec, Mike and Wellesley take us the rest of the season.”
