Holly Willoughby has had surgery to remove nodules on her vocal chords.
The presenter tweeted about the procedure saying it was a success and she joked about having the same surgery as singer Adele.
Adele underwent the surgery after being forced to cancel several tour dates in 2011 after suffering a vocal chord haemorrhage.
Phew! Nodules gone, operation a success. After Adele had hers done, she won a Grammy... Fingers crossed! Xxx
