Robbie Williams has announced his new album Swing Both Ways will be released on November 18th.

The album will be Williams' second swing album following his 2001 release Swing When You're Winning.

Williams spoke about his decision to make a second swing album, "First of all, I wanted to do a swing album because I wanted to do a swing album."

"I always knew I'd do another and I think now is the perfect time to do it. I'm enjoying showbiz and I'm enjoying my life and my understanding of where I am now is that there needs to be an event every time I bring out a record."

Swing When You're Winning saw Williams record covers of classic songs of the genre whereas Swing Both Ways will feature some original material too. "Going in I planned it to be very similar to the last one, and then I realised that's not what I wanted. It's different. It's not all covers."

The 13 track album will see Williams collaborate with Olly Murs, Rufus Wainwright, Lily Allen, Michael Buble and Kelly Clarkson and will feature five original songs.
