Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan has said that she is extremely "grateful" to have landed a guest role on sitcom Eastbound & Down.
The 27-year-old star will make a cameo on the fourth season of the popular show, playing the daughter of one of the main characters.
HBO confirmed to E! News that Lindsay appears as a bride in the wedding scene, which is set several years in the future.
Taking to her Twitter page, Lohan expressed her gratitude of receiving the role, writing: ''#back@work! So grateful today! :)''
Lohan recently signed a $2 million deal with Oprah and her OWN network to make an eight-part documentary about the highs and lows of her career.
