Current Dexter baddie Sam Underwood is joining Fox’s The Following as a series regular in season two.
TVLine reports that Underwood - who is currently appearing in Dexter‘s final season as a protégé of Michael C Hall’s self-righteous serial killer - will play Luke, a complicated and dangerous young man who may or may not be a follower of Joe Carroll.
The Luke character is one of three new roles that The Following creator Kevin Williamson is introducing as the blood-soaked, Kevin Bacon-starring drama heads into its second season.
Before that, we can see Underwood in the upcoming third season of Showtime terrorist drama Homeland as a troubled friend of Dana Brody.
