Chris O'Dowd has been getting in touch with his feminine side on the set of the new series of Moone Boy.
The 33-year-old actor tweeted (@BigBoyler) a picture of himself dressed in a ra-ra skirt and black tights in a pose from the set.
He revealed that several familiar faces are set to appear as he told The Herald: "Terry Wogan (set for season 3 cameo) will most likely be back and there is a good chance Sharon Horgan will make an appearance.
"She's a very funny lady and would be great on the show."
However it doesn't look like Amy Huberman, who played a ditsy art teacher in the second series, is set to return: "I don't have anything for her to do.
"But she is so funny in the second series."
In addition to writing and starring in the show, for this third series, O'Dowd has also taken over the reigns from director, Declan Lowney.
He admitted: "I feel rudderless without Declan on set.
"It's hard when you're directing and acting and doing rewrites. It is hard but I'm really enjoying it."
