RTÉ Sports broadcaster Marty Morrissey and Dublin senior hurler Liam Rushe are helping out a joint fundraising campaign run by Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin and Temple Street Children’s Hospital by calling on the nation to gather their spare change and drop the coins off in the Heaven Cent collection units before Monday, July 15.

People wishing to support the Heaven Cent fundraiser can drop their coins off a Bank of Ireland, An Post, Service Station, Tesco and Texaco outlets nationwide. With 800 drop off points nationwide, the two national children’s hospitals hope to raise €2 million to help the sick children of Ireland.

To donate, simply collect your coins in a jar, bucket or Heaven Cent bag, once your bag is full; just drop it off at any of the collection points above. To find an alternative drop off point click here or donate on-line.
