The singer chose the sequinned figure-hugging number for the 4th Annual amFAR Inspiration Gala, which attracted a seriously glamorous crowd.
Also in attendance was actress Uma Thurman, who chose a corseted fuchsia Aterlier Versace evening dress with a full skirt, wearing her blonde hair scraped back into a bun.
Singer Carly Rae Jepsen, who performed at the event, chose a sheer white patterned gown which featured a nude slip.
30 Rock star Alec Baldwin's daughter, 17-year-old Ireland, pulled out all the stops in an off-the-shoulder DSquared2 dress.
