The actress is co-starring with Hallisay in her new TV series, The Client List which tells the story of a single mother living in a small Texas town who is leading a shocking double life.
She announced her pregnancy in a statement to Us Weekly saying "We're so thrilled and happy to start a family."
The 34-year-old is three months pregnant according to reports.
It has now emerged that Hallisay popped the question while couple where on holidays in Europe last month.
The actors met when they appeared together U.S. TV series Love Bites and started dating 15 months ago.
