A new food magazine, FEAST – A Dinner Journal, has been launched by Kitchen Hero presenter Donal Skehan.
Edited by Ross Golden-Bannon, the quarterly magazine features exclusive Skehan recipes and his own photography, with the cook travelling around the country to meet "some of Ireland's great artisan stars".
Skehan said: "An idea that started a long time ago has finally come to life and I am very thrilled to be launching FEAST: A Dinner Journal. It's a unique, quarterly food magazine which celebrates seasonal eating and the integrity of small producers."
