Big Brother host Davina McCall has admitted that she has presented some "awful TV" during her presenting career.

However, the 45-year-old star insists that she has no regrets about any of the shows she has fronted.

Speaking to Now magazine, the mum-of-three said: "I'm very much of the mind that you will front some awful rubbish and if it doesn't work out, you just dust yourself off and try again.

"I've been on telly for 20 years, and I've done some awful TV and I've done some TV that I am fiercely proud of."

She added:"I haven't missed it at all. It was such a commitment. To get the most out of it, you have to watch every episode.

"I never missed a single one, but I just can't commit that amount of time any more."

McCall currently presents The Million Pound Drop and Five Minutes to a Fortune on Channel 4, and Sky 1's Got To Dance.
